So impressed with this guy!

Busker down at Elizabeth and Collins, so inventive with a goon bag alteration into bagpipes // he said he calls it a "HagPipe".
Same same but different!

TISSUE FLOWER

While my husband was painting our bathroom
and stopped asking for help, LOL
I decided to give a try to the
scalloped flowers I have seen
so much lately.
I made mine using purple tissue paper
and my Fiskars scalloped  1 inch punch.
I think I punched through maybe 5 layers of paper
at a time and I did this 3 times.
Then, I used my paper piercer to pierce the layered scallops
in the center, then I added a brad to keep them together
while I scrunched and scrunched layer by layer. Then, with my tweezers
I separated each layer and added a bit of purple stickles to the flower.
Super easy with the tissue paper.
Sorry I couldn't take a better photo to show the details
but I think you got it.

My Purple Tissue Flower

ENJOY!

FLOWERDISCO'S FLOWER

Hello again,

I just finished making a card and making this beautiful flower

CARD FRONT
12 x 4 piece of cardstock
Score at  3-3/4" and 8"
Cut the one side the same shape I did, or any other shape that will fit nice
(sorry didn't measure it, but you get the pic)
I cut two strips 4" x 1 and punched a border on each strip
Attach them as you see on the pic
Make a flower and add a button threaded with floss
Add that flower to the front
( I made my flower with thread)
Stamp a sentiment on the card front
INSIDE
I used George and Basic Shapes to make the frame
I cut the square at 3-1/2" and I used the silhouette feature
I then cut another piece of paper and backed it up, in this case the green paper Added a flower rub-on and
Voila!
Note: I made this card for a challenge that Kathy aka Alaskacricut has on the cricut message board every night. Check it out! at the

See you later

'Im Here'

Couldn't get more perfect?
'Rochelle Canteen'

Hidden away in an old school on Arnold Circus, //Rochelle Canteen// serves the.best.food.ever. They are under the Arnold & Henderson //nose to tail eating// umbrella which means you know it will be good. I'd heard about it as it is surrounded by artists studios - plus it was advertised in BUTT mag. Wow.
Back to Rochelles..

The staff are amazing, the restaurant is so low-key its brilliant and the food is better than you ever thought. Oh. And they're only open for lunch.

'Farewells..,

Tom and Tony had to leave...last supper was a must!

They do charge £1 when you pay with card...as Juliet found out. But apart from that, its great. Pizza and wine/beer for a tenner. The mushroom and ham calzone is a winner.
