today is about favors...what kind of favors? 

party favors, wedding favors, baby showers favors and the list can go on and on-- :)

Birthday Girl

(i had in mind to make a "you've got purse-onality" party favors when i started, but the stamp wasn't fitting well on my already made banner--wink-wink--so i used the "birthday girl" instead)

 the stamp is from the "pink-a-licious" set.

the banner is made with triangles from "george and basic shapes".

the stars and the scalloped border are rub-ons.
the cupcake is from a paper punch.
  

all purses are from the "forever young" cartridge using the purse creative feature, and all were cut at three inches but they do differ in size.

i did use the hide contour feature to hide the openings they have on the front.

FOREVER YOUNG CARD

It has been cold and rainy where I live. I have no desire to do nothing. I did some laundry tough and a brief cleaning around the house. I also played with Lulu for a bit BUT she thinks my job is playing with her 24/7, lol.

Anyhow...I played with the G a bit too and made this Forever Young Card. 

Did you know this cartridge has a dress-form? 

I tweaked the measurements a bit with the Gypsy features,

to stretch them out a bit and I did the same with the dresses.

TOGETHER

4.25 by 5.5 inches

 The black strips are cut from scrap paper at 1.25 by 4.25 and 1.25 by 5.5 inches.

The dress-forms at each end are 3 by .75" and the one in the middle is 3.32 by .50". The dresses were tweaked a bit to fit the dress-forms better.

The patterned paper/cardstock is from K&Company: Lemon Drop Collection. These papers are simply beautiful. I also used dimensional foam to pop-up the dress in the middle.

A FOREVER YOUNG BIRTHDAY CARD

HELLO

We have been very busy today cleaning and getting ready for Easter. We have some more cleaning to do tomorrow but in the meantime I am going to present a

Forever Young Card.

I guess I deleted the file by mistake so I can't remember what I used for the base of the card.

The greenish-brown cardstock is actually more of a lime green from 

The Cafe Mediterranean cardstock is from DCWV.
