Tiddly Inks Lucky Me Challenge

The Tiddly Inkers are "going green" this week with a challenge that celebrates the Luck of the Irish or an enviornmental theme. I love to try new things with my Tiddly Inks images so I set out to do a backround using the trees from Harmonious. I printed 3 different sized trees in various greens and lined them up , then copied and pasted the same trees and printed them in brown for the trunks. I fussy cut the trunks and glued them on. The grassy hills are also the tree tops which I enlarged and stretched, cut and pasted for the little outdoor scene. The sky is inked with Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass. The little guy holding the Earth is Use your Head, colored with Copics fussy cut and popped. the sentiment is cut on the Cricut, both shadow and regular at 1" from the Give a Hoot Cartridge. The birdie is a Martha Stewart punch.
The flower embellies are also from Tiddly Inks. I used Flowery Wishes and printed them in various sizes and colors and added RainDot centers. The entire piece is matted with kraft paper and then on an enviornmental word collage from the DCWV Green Stack. It's really busy but I think it's kinda fun. So how will you "Go Green" this week? For inspiration, why not check out the gorgeous examples by the rest of the Tiddly Inkers? Hope to see you play along.
