"PLAYING WITH SERENADE" by flowerdisco & friends (WEEK 1)

Welcome to our new series

"Playing with Serenade by flowerdisco and friends"

Today it is our first  Showcase of the series.
Serenade Creative features are:
Layer and Shadow
You can use it them as follows or any combination you wish:
Base non-shift, Base shift, layer and shadow.

My image for this week is image #2:
a Peach.
(I wanted to make it very simple.
I want beginners in the hobby not to feel they have to "super do it" to make a beautiful card).

Loving you is easy peasy!

 Isn't the paper gorgeous?

It is from K&Co BW Mira Designer Mat Pad.
(I do own a lot of K&Co since I really like it, cuts well with my Cricut Expression and is locally available).
The sentiment is from My Pink Stamper clear stamp set called Fruit and Veggie Puns.

The peach was cut at 2 inches
The small mat I adhered the peach to, is a shape from the cricut cart "All Mixed up". I popped up the leave layer and covered it with Lime Green Stickles (glitter glue). The ric rac ribbon is from my supplies. I also added some soft shimmer to the front layer with my Yasutomo Pearlescent Watercolor Set.

These are a bunch of talented ladies here.
What do you think?

Serenade
can be a bit problematic with some of its images when you are assigned just one image to work with and, these ladies did an outstanding job, in my opinion.

Hopefully you enjoyed this series part 1
and come back
next Wednesday
when we will be showcasing round two.

Hugs to all!
